Work on measurement systems that connect event data, attribution logic, and budget decisions in environments where being directionally wrong is expensive.

What we are building

Infrastructure for judgment, not marketing decoration

EPVANTA is building infrastructure for organizations that want a more defensible understanding of growth performance. That infrastructure is not limited to dashboards. It includes event models, attribution layers, tracking logic, workflow rules, and decision surfaces that let teams act on evidence with less ambiguity.

We work on systems where data quality, modeling assumptions, and business interpretation all matter at the same time. The output is meant to change how budget is discussed, how tracking breaks are diagnosed, and how performance is defended across teams.

Why this matters

Weak measurement fails quietly

Many companies already have platform reporting, BI tools, and campaign summaries. What they still lack is a system they can trust when budget allocation becomes contentious, channels overlap, reporting sources disagree, or leadership asks whether visible performance is actually incremental.

That is why this work matters. We are not building presentation layers around marketing metrics. We are building systems that affect how organizations interpret evidence and route capital.

How we work

Explicit assumptions, measurable outputs, technical honesty

Assumptions should be inspectable

If a model depends on an identity rule, attribution window, or exclusion logic, we want that dependency visible and reviewable.

Claims should be testable

If we say a system improves decision quality, we should be able to explain how that claim is evaluated and where it might fail.

Ambiguity should be acknowledged

When the data is noisy, the path evidence is incomplete, or the conclusion depends on simplification, we prefer direct clarity over forced certainty.

Who thrives here

People tend to do well at EPVANTA when they enjoy difficult systems that sit between disciplines. Strong engineers help us build reliable structures and interpretable tools. Data scientists help us reason about uncertainty, validation, and contribution. Product thinkers help translate technical capability into useful operating decisions. Designers, growth specialists, and customer-facing teammates matter for the same reason: they help make a complex system more legible, more usable, and more accountable to the business environment it is supposed to serve.

Open role tracks

Where we expect strong builders to contribute

Engineering

Event pipelines, internal tools, interfaces, systems reliability, and the structure that makes analytical logic operational.

Data Science

Attribution design, validation logic, probabilistic reasoning, tracking review, and the interpretation of channel contribution.

Product

Decision workflows, review structures, enterprise use cases, and the translation of technical detail into clearer action.

Design

Making analytical systems legible under enterprise constraints without flattening the underlying complexity.

Growth

Connecting real market problems to sharper positioning, better onboarding, and more credible analytical narratives.

Customer Success

Helping teams operationalize the platform, interpret findings responsibly, and adopt better measurement habits over time.

Team culture

We try to build a team that is serious without becoming rigid. We value calm judgment over performative certainty, clear writing because it reveals clear thinking, and arguments that improve when evidence improves. The culture is closer to a product and research environment than to a conventional marketing organization. The work is multidisciplinary, but the standard is the same across roles: be rigorous, be useful, and be honest about what the system can and cannot yet prove.
